BMW M3 gets tuned by RS-Racing image

The BMW E90 has been recently upgraded by RS-Racingteam and the new package is adding some interesting features to the model.

According to the tuning company, the BMW RS-M3, as it was named, is a track-focused model which can be ordered with a lot of goodies, including the adjustable sports suspension system, the rear spoiler and the 19-inch alloy wheels, while the cabin has lost the rear seat, the door pads and the carpeting. The model is also gaining carbon fiber door panels, a roll cage, sports seats with six-point harnesses and some other minor features, which are helping the model save 190 kg in weight (419 lbs) compared to the standard model.

The engine of the BMW M3 E90 hasn’t been left aside either by RS-Racingteam and the 4.0 liter V8 has been tuned in order to produce a total output of 450 HP (331 kW) and 431 Nm of torque (318 lb-ft), which is enough to allow the model to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.6 seconds and to reach a top speed of 299 km/h (186 mph). The RS-M3 signed by RS-Racingteam is available from 80,000 euros.
