The first renderings with the BMW M3 Gran Turismo have just hit the web and they might provide us with a first look into what may become a future production version of the model.
After the new BMW M4 Coupe Concept has been officially unveiled by the German based automaker, the hysteria began and now every bimmer fan out there sees the new M3/M4 in just about every model based on the new 3-Series F30. This is the case with the latest renderings which are showing us a 3-Series Gran Turismo equipped with some items found on the new M4 Coupe Concept. BMW didn’t announce its plans to offer such a version of the model but if it will, don’t act to surprised.
If it will indeed make its way onto the production line, the new BMW M3 Gran Turismo will be powered by a 3.0 liter six-cylinder twin turbocharged engine, which is producing a total output of 450 HP (335 kW) and 550 Nm of torque (405 lb-ft). This unit will also be found under the hood of the future BMW M3, M4 Coupe and M4 Cabrio, in their production versions. Additional details on the subject are limited for the moment.
