The concept version of the BMW M4 Coupe is rumored to make its public debut next month, during the 2013 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance.
The final production version of the upcoming BMW M4 Coupe, which is the replacement for the M3 Coupe, will be officially presented to the public next year, during the 2014 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit, as the BMW M boss Friedrich Nitschke has recently announced, but a new rumor is saying that the concept variant of the M4 Coupe will be unveiled during the 2013 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, next month.
The model in question should get and aggressive exterior design, with a carbon fiber roof, carbon fiber trunk lid and aluminum hood. The new BMW M4 Coupe will also receive a new suspension setup, sports seats, a dual exhaust system and the M badges all over its body. As for the engine used, rumors are saying that the current V8 will be replaced by a 3.0 liter six-cylinder unit, which should produce a total output of 450 HP (335 kW) and 550 Nm of torque (405 lb-ft). Additional details on the model are limited for the moment and will be announced close to its debut.
