A brand new BMW M4 Coupe has been recently involved in a serious crash in London, which has also seen three other damaged vehicles.
Speeding in a BMW M4 Coupe in a crowded city isn’t always a good thing and this is a lesson the driver of this performance two-door vehicle has learned the hard way. According to witnesses, the model in question has been speeding along with a 220d and while the M4 was overtaking the its smaller brother, the latter swerved into the M4’s lane, resulting in a collision. The M4 driver has lost control of the wheel and hit a Toyota Prius and a Volkswagen Golf.
The damages made to the BMW M4, to the BMW 220d and to the Toyota Prius seem to be repairable but on the other hand, the Volkswagen Golf will probably end up in the scrap yard. The BMW M4 Coupe is powered by a 3.0 liter six-cylinder TwinPower Turbo engine, which has been rated at 431 HP (317 kW) and 550 Nm (406 lb-ft) of torque. This is enough for a 0 to 100 km/h acceleration made in 4.1 seconds and a top speed electronically limited to 250 km/h (155 mph), which can be raised with the M Driver’s Package, to 280 km/h (174 mph).
