BMW has recently announced the official launch of the M6 Gran Coupe in Malaysia, where the powerful four-door coupe will set you back for RM999, 800.
The BMW M6 Gran Coupe is coming with carbon fiber reinforced plastic roof, flared wheel arches, adaptive LED headlights with Corona rings, CFRP diffuser, quad tailpipes, Dynamic Damper Control, with three settings, Comfort, Sport and Sport+, an electronically controlled limited slip differential, M carbon ceramic brakes with gold painted calipers and 20-inch M five sport alloy wheels, wrapped in 265/35 and 295/30 tires front to rear. The average fuel consumption of the model stands at 10 L / 100 km.
As a quick reminder, the BMW M6 Gran Coupe is powered by a 4.4 liter V8 engine, also used on the M6 Coupe and M6 Cabrio. The total output produced stands at 560 HP (412 kW), between 6,000 and 7,000 rpm, and the peak torque is 680 Nm (502 lb-ft), available between 1,500 and 5,750 rpm. The engine is mated to a seven-speed M double clutch transmission, which is allowing the powerful vehicle to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 4.2 seconds, before reaching an electronically limited top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph). BMW says that with the M Driver’s Package, the top speed can be raised to 305 km/h (189 mph).
