The German based automaker BMW has released the first official images with the all-new M6 Gran Coupe.
After it was privately unveiled during a ceremony held at the Nurburgring last month, the all-new BMW M6 Gran Coupe is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the German based automaker releasing the very first official images with the model. The BMW M6 Gran Coupe is basically what comes out when an M5 and an M6 Coupe announce their love for each other and the model is getting the best features from both “worlds”.
BMW didn’t announce any performance figures on its new M6 Gran Coupe but we know that the four-door coupe is powered by the same engine used in the M6 Coupe and Convertible, which is the 4.4 liter turbocharged V8 unit, producing a total output of 560 HP. The engine is mated to a seven-speed dual clutch automatic transmission which is allowing the M6 Coupe to sprint from 0 to 62 mph in 4.2 seconds and the M6 Cabrio in 4.3 seconds. Top speed stands at 155 mph in the M6 Coupe or at 189 mph with the M Driver’s Package. The M6 Gran Coupe will make its public debut in Detroit, on the 14th of January.
