The German based automaker BMW has recently released the very first teaser images with the upcoming M6 Gran Coupe.
After being privately unveiled just a few days before writing this article, the BMW M6 Gran Coupe is ending up in our news once again, this time with the car manufacturer releasing the very first images with the model. The BMW M6 Gran Coupe will be officially presented to the public next year during the 2013 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit and it will arrive at the company’s dealerships in late 2013, as a 2014 model year.
No technical details have been revealed on the all-new BMW M6 Gran Coupe just year but rumors are saying that the model will get the same 4.4 liter turbocharged V8 engine under its hood, which is also used on the M6 Coupe and M6 Convertible. The unit is producing a total output of 560 horsepower and it’s mated to a seven-speed dual clutch automatic transmission, which is allowing the M6 Coupe to sprint from 0 to 62 mph in 4.2 seconds and the M6 Cabrio in 4.2 seconds, before reaching the electronically limited top speed of 155 mph. Additional details on the model will be announced next January, in Detroit.
