BMW has released the first teaser images with the upcoming M6 Gran Coupe, which will be officially presented to the public at the 2013 Detroit Motor Show in January.
The BMW M6 Gran Coupe is probably one of the most expected models signed by the German based automaker out there and the powerful four-door coupe is getting closer to its future customers by the day. After it was privately unveiled just a few days ago in its home country, the BMW M6 Gran Coupe is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the company releasing the very first teaser images with the model.
Rumors are saying that the BMW M6 Gran Coupe will probably use the same engine as the M6 Coupe and the M6 Convertible, the 4.4 liter turbocharged V8, which will produce a total output of 560 HP, mated to a seven-speed dual clutch automatic transmission. The unit is allowing the M6 Coupe to accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in just 4.2 seconds and the M6 Cabrio in 4.3 seconds, before reaching an electronically limited top speed of 155 mph. More details on the BMW M6 Gran Coupe will be announced at the 2013 NAIAS in Detroit, on the 14th of January.
