BMW Group recently celebrated the opening of its first BMW Brand Store in Paris, designed by Eric Carlson from Carbondale Architects.

The 800m2 BMW Brand Store in located in the middle of the luxury retail, allowing customers to experience the brand in their chosen environment. Many important persons took part at the grand opening, among which Ian Robertson, Member of the Board of Management of BMW AG, Sales and Marketing BMW, Architect, Eric Carlson, the Head of BMW France, Serge Naudin, and many other VIPs from Paris.

Ian Robertson said in the French capital on Wednesday: “The world of retail has changed significantly – customer behaviour, needs and expectations have changed, as well as communication technology. We will now build upon our strengths and implement a comprehensive programme named Future Retail.”

The Future Retail program has three objectives: to bring up the number of contact points with prospects and customers, to bring up the benefits and services provided in the company’s retail centers, and to boost the retail experience at all touch points.
