BMW Welt Celebrated Its 10,000,000th Visitor image

Recently BMW Welt celebrated its 10,000,000th visitor, Patrick Zanker.

The center had been opened in 2007 and is located in Munich, Germany. In less than five years it managed to attract 10 million visitors all over the world. Patrick Zanker is the lucky number 10,000,000 and was greeted by the brand ambassador and head of the BMW Welt, Thomas Muderlak and His Royal Highness the Prince of Bavaria, who gave the young man the keys to a Z4 hardtop roadster which he will drive for the following two and half months.

“Ten million enthusiastic BMW fans in just under five years certainy confirms that our varied programme and our building’s fascinating architecture make the BMW Welt a place for extraordinary experiences,” says Muderiak. “Over the coming years, we will continue to do everything in our power to offer a one-of-a-kind brand experience for young and old alike.”

BMW Welt also got a record last year with 2.3 million visitors from all over the world. The largest number of international visitors comes from the US (13%), followed by the UK (8%). Of course the largest number of guests comes from Germany (59%), with 37% coming from Bavaria.
