BMW has recently announced that the facelifted version of the X1 has been launched in Malaysia, where the model can be bought from RM238,800 for the base entry-level version.
The cheapest version of the BMW X1 facelift in Malaysia is now available for its future customers starting at RM238,800, on the road without insurance but with the BMW Service Repair Inclusive, for the sDrive20i. The model is getting the 2.0 liter TwinPower Turbo petrol engine under its hood, which is good for 184 HP and 270 Nm of torque. The engine is getting a twin-scroll turbocharger, a direct injection system, the start/stop and Valvetronic technologies.
Power is being sent to the rear-wheel drive SAV and the model can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.7 seconds. Fuel consumption stands at 6.7 liters burned every 100 km and the CO2 emissions stop at 157 g/km. The luggage space of the BMW X1 facelift is 420 liters and with the rear seats folded, this can increase to 1,350 liters. Six color choices are available for the 2013 X1 in Malaysia, the Valencia Orange, the Sparkling Bronze, the Mineral Grey, the Midnight Blue, the Black Sapphire and the Alpine White, while the interior can get the Nevada Black or the Nevada Beige.
