BMW X3 xDrive35i gets the M Performance treatment image

The BMW X3 xDrive35i has recently received several M Performance add-ons and these are making the model the closest thing to a X3 M so far.

BMW fans will be glad to see yet another model receiving the M Performance parts, after the M235i Coupe a few days back. The vehicle in question is the current range topping X3 xDrive35i and it is now coming close to the future X3 M version. The crossover has received the Alpina front bumper, the chrome quad exhaust setup signed by Kelleners, the M bits and pieces and several other tweaks which should be enough to help it stand out from a crowd.

We are not sure at this time whether this BMW X3 xDrive35i M Performance has received any modifications under its hood, but we do know that the standard versions are packing the 3.0 liter inline six-cylinder Twin Power Turbo engine, which is capable of producing a total output of 300 HP (225 kW) and 400 Nm (295 lb-ft) of torque. The unit is connected to the xDrive all-wheel drive system through an 8-speed automatic transmission, which is allowing the model to accelerate from a standstill to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 5.6 seconds and to reach a top speed of 245 km/h (152 mph). No pricing details on the M Performance modifications have been announced because the model pictured below has been exhibited at the BMW Abu Dhabi Motors (FB).
