The first renderings with the BMW X4 Coupe have recently made their way onto the web and they might provide us with a first look into a possible production version of the model.
The German based automaker BMW didn’t say anything yet on the three-door body style version of the new X4 but that doesn’t mean that the model has absolutely no chance of hitting the production line. We must admit that the renderings posted by theophiluschin.com are showing one good looking vehicle and we can only say this: “BMW, please consider it, at least”.
As a quick reminder, the BMW X4 Concept has been officially presented to the public, in a world premiere, during the 2013 Shanghai Motor Show. The model is supposed to be a smaller version of the X6, with a sloping roof line, based on the X3. The X4 Concept is getting an aggressive front fascia, LED headlights, a prominent grille, large air intakes, plastic body cladding, underbody protection, a new exhaust system and a sculpted hood, amongst others. As for the engine lineup, the production model is rumored to get the 240 HP 2.0L TwinPower Turbo, along with the 300 HP 3.0L inline six-cylinder unit.
