The aftermarket specialists from Manhart Performance have officially unveiled a new performance upgrade kit for the BMW X4, in the xDrive35d version.
The newest crossover signed by BMW, the X4, is now entering the globe’s major tuning companies “radars” and one of the first ones to create an aftermarket package for the model in question is named Manhart Performance. According to the tuning company, the X4 in question has received a new sports lowered suspension system and it is now riding on a fresh set of Concave One 21-inch wheels, but the most impressive changes can be seen under its hood.
As we have mentioned above, the upgrade package is aimed towards the X4 xDriv35d and it is modifying the tri-turbo 3.0 liter diesel engine to an impressive 375 HP (276 kW) and 740 Nm (540 lb-ft) of torque. This is significantly more compared to what the standard unit has to offer, 313 HP (230 kW) and 630 Nm (465 lb-ft) of torque. The 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) sprint takes just 5.2 seconds in the standard X4 but the tuning company hasn’t released any details on the performance of the modified version. No pricing info has been announced either.
