Britain has received the smaller version of the BMW X6, the X4, which is now on sale across the country from 36,590 GBP.
Customers looking for a new crossover with a sporty design will have the chance of ordering the new X4 in the United Kingdom. The model in question is available from 36,590 GBP for the base xDrive20d SE version. This version is powered by a 2.0 liter turbo diesel unit, rated at 187 HP, which is returning 54.3 mpg UK and it is emitting 138 g/km of CO2. Power is being sent to the all-wheel drive xDrive through an optional 8-speed automatic transmission.
For some extra money, you can turn the SE into the M Sport trim, which is adding the aero kit, the exclusive 19-inch wheels, the door sill finishers, the High gloss Shadow Line trim exterior, the Aluminum Hexagon trim interior, a sports suspension and some other tweaks. Prices for the M Sport have been set at 3,000 GBP extra. If the xDrive20d is not suiting you, than you can also have the xDrive30d, with its 3.0 liter straight-six unit, rated at 255 HP. This is returning 47.9 mpg and it’s emitting 156 g/km of CO2. The xDrive35d M is also offered, with its 309 HP. The four-cylinder unit has a standard 6-speed manual transmission while the other two are offered with an 8-speed automatic.
