The new range-topper BMW X6 M has been recently caught on camera by our spy photographers while it was being tested out.
BMW is currently working on the top of the line version of the new X6 generation, the X6 M, which will soon get a direct rival from Mercedes-Benz, in the shape of the ML63 AMG Coupe. The model in question will be based on the X5 M and the styling changes will be minor, standing in from a crowd only in the eyes of a BMW enthusiast, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing.
The new BMW X6 M will be coming with a modified front kidney grille, with a new front bumper and with slightly tweaked headlights. The rear end of the model will also be using new taillights and these should be the only visual changes applied to the powerful SAV. The most important part of the model will be found, of course, under its hood, where the 4.4 liter V8 twin turbo engine is resting. The unit is good for 547 HP at 6,000 rpm and it is capable of producing 680 Nm of torque. More details on the new range topper BMW X6 M are limited for the moment.
