BMW X6 Performance Edition announced image

The German based automaker BMW has recently announced its plans to introduce a special edition of the X6, which will be named the X6 Performance Edition.

According to the car manufacturer, the BMW X6 Performance Edition will be based half on the X6 xDrive35i, which can be bought from 81,695 USD over-seas, and the other half on the X6 xDrive50i, on sale from 92,895 USD. The special edition of the BMW X6 crossover is coming with some interesting features which will help it stand out from a crowd.

BMW says that the X6 Performance Edition is getting the M Performance Package, which is adding an extra 15 HP (11 kW) and 40 Nm of torque (30 lb-ft) on the xDrive35i and 40 HP more (29 kW) and 40 Nm (30 lb-ft) on the more powerful xDrive50i. The BMW X6 Performance Edition will wear a Pearl Silver metallic paint and it will get black chrome exhaust tips, along with black Alcantara leather upholstery in the cabin with contrast orange stitching and 20-inch Y-spoke alloy wheels. Only 100 units of the BMW X6 Performance Edition will become available and its deliveries will start in December.
