Brand new Ferrari 458 ruined in Ireland image

A brand new Ferrari 458 Italia supercar has been completely destroyed in Ireland, after the owner has lost control of the wheel, hit an SUV and ended up under the tailgate of a large truck

We have always said here on inautonews.com that where ever there will be exotic cars there will also be exotic car crashes and the latest example of such an unfortunate incident is coming all the way from Ireland, where a Ferrari 458 Italia has definitely seen better days. The Italian supercar in question was owned by its driver for just 2 hours. The man has lost control of the wheel in Lisburn, because of excessive speed, side swept an SUV and then hit into the tailgate of a large truck.

As a small reminder, the Ferrari 458 Italia is a mid-engined sports car which is replacing the old Ferrari F430. The 458 Italia was officially presented to the public back in 2009, at the Frankfurt Motor Show and it’s powered by a 4.5 liter V8 engine, also shared with Maserati, which is producing a total output of 562 horsepower at 9,000 rpm and it has a peak torque of 540 Nm available at 6,000 rpm. 80 percent of its torque is available from 3,250 rpm. The engine is mated to a seven-speed dual clutch transmission and the Ferrari 458 Italia has been designed by Pininfarina.
