The awesome Bugatti Chiron is back in the metal in a spotted guise in what may very well be the very first unofficial photo taken in a normal, real world environment – in this case the streets of New York City.
It hasn’t been a month since the Veyron successor made a splash during its world premiere in front of the audience of the Geneva Motor Show and we’re happy to report the Chiron has been captured in an unofficial photo in a real world environment. You may remember this is not the first time the Chiron is seen in a less glamorous setting but the past time it was actually set up by Bugatti. And for good measure the model that will most likely make an attempt to conquer its predecessor’s world speed record for production cars is the biggest hit around the Internet. There are tons of images, modified or not, renders and speculation surrounding it – but more importantly here’s an actual image with the model caught in a regular setting. We’re not that sure what the Chiron is doing there but since the model is not on sale yet we can imagine it’s doing some kind of promotional activities – maybe preparing to shoot an ad or star in a photo gallery.
We can see the Chiron wearing the launch color scheme – which has different shades of blue combined – and since the LEDs are on we can also imagine the massive W16 engine was also operational. By the way, Bugatti last told us it was preparing for the launch of a new showroom in Munich, Germany – as about 10 percent of the 180 pre-orders for the model are coming from the largest European auto market.
