The brand new Bugatti Veyron Super Sport Merveilleux Edition has been officially introduced to Hong Kong, where it managed to attract a lot of curious eyes.
Bugatti’s newest creation is actually based on the record holder Veyron Super Sport, and this has been named the Merveilleux Edition. The hypercar has been recently introduced to Hong Kong and it is said to be a one-off special edition. The model can be easily distinguished thanks to its bare carbon fiber body, to its bright blue accents, to the NACA ducts on the roof, the bright blue interior design and some other small tweaks.
As you probably remember, the regular Bugatti Veyron Super Sport is taking its power from a W16 quad turbocharged engine, which is producing a total output of 1,200 HP (880 kW) and it has a peak torque of 1,500 Nm (1,100 lb-ft). The hypercar has been officially unveiled back in 2010 and it has an electronically limited top speed of 415 km/h (258 mph) to protect the tires from disintegrating, but it managed to reach a top speed of 431,072 km/h, making it the fastest production road car. Prices for a Veyron Super Sport can get passed the 2 million euro benchmark.
