A Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG has been recently modified by a Dubai based tuning company named By Design, and we must admit that the result is quite impressive.
Two months ago we were writing about a Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG which was crashed in Dubai and now the same German supercar is in our news, and the same part of the United Arab Emirates is mentioned, but all the similarity stops here. The Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG in question has been fitted with a MEC Design body kit, with a KW suspension, ADV.1. wheels, Supersprint pipes and headers, carbon trim from Alsa and a lot more, but no performance figures have been announced yet and we don’t know anything about the prices for these upgrades just yet.
For those of you who don’t know yet, the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG is the official replacement for the SLR McLaren, and it’s also the very first Mercedes-Benz vehicle to be designed by AMG. The SLS AMG is powered by a 6.2 liter V12 engine, which is producing a total output of 563 BHP, mated to a seven-speed dual clutch semi-automatic transmission. The model has been revealed back in 2009 at the IAA in Frankfurt and its starting price in Europe has been set at 177,310 euros, taxes excluded.
