According to a recent report, the upcoming performance sedans made by Cadillac, the ATS-V and the CTS-V, will be presented at L.A. and Detroit, respectively.
The upcoming Cadillac ATS-V is rumored to be officially presented to the public during the 2014 Los Angeles Auto Show, this November. The model in question will become a direct rival for models such as the BMW M3, the Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG and for the Audi RS4, amongst others, and it is not currently clear what engine it will be using under its hood, but this might be a 3.6 liter V6 twin turbo.
Besides the ATS-V, Cadillac is also working on a performance version of the larger CTS, which will be called the CTS-V. This will be rivaling models such as the BMW M5, the Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG and the Audi RS6 and will be introduced next year, during the 2015 Detroit Motor Show, in January. The model in question should be packing the 6.2 liter LT4 supercharged unit from the Corvette Z06, which should be producing approximately 600 HP. More details on the two performance sedans are limited for the moment and will be announced once they will be officially unveiled.
