Cadillac has released a final teaser image for the flagship sedan which will be officially presented to the public tomorrow, during the 2015 New York Auto Show.
The newest teaser image with the Cadillac CT6 is showing the model on display, at the 2015 New York Auto Show, waiting for its fully reveal in just a few hours. The flagship sedan has a slightly uncovered front fascia which is revealing the large chromed grille, the slender headlights, the muscular hood and an overall design which is making it instantly recognizable as a Cadillac but it is also putting some space between it and its smaller brothers, the CTS and the ATS.
The new Cadillac CT6 is said to get a 64 percent aluminum body and the expensive model will not be rivaling the Mercedes-Benz S-Class, the BMW 7-Series and the Audi A8 but it will be positioned somewhere between a 5-Series and a 7-Series, as a future flagship model is believed to be introduced over the next few years. The CT6 will be getting a newly developed 3.0 liter V6 twin turbo engine which will produce about 400 HP (298 kW) and 543 Nm (400 lb-ft) of torque, which will be connected to an 8-speed automatic transmission. Later on, this will get the 3.6 liter naturally aspirated V6 engine. More details on the 2016 Cadillac CT6 are limited for the moment and will be fully announced during the 2015 New York Auto Show, in just a few hours.
