The interior design of the upcoming Cadillac CT6 has been previewed recently ahead of its public debut which will be taking place next week, during the 2015 New York Auto Show.
The newest flagship model to be produced by Cadillac will be called the CT6 and this will be officially presented to the public at the 2015 New York Auto Show, on the 1st of April. The model in question is returning to the spotlights these days once more this time thanks to a new image which is offering us a preview of the interior design.
This is highlighted by the Bose surround sound system which is said to be the best one the company has ever put together on a car. It will include no less than 34 speakers, most of them smaller than 4 inches in diameter, being designed and positioned to provide deep base and superior clarity and if it will be just too much for you, than you can always go for the 8-speaker or 10-speaker sound systems, which have been also signed by Bose.
“We asked Bose to create something truly special for this new vehicle: a sound system unbounded by limits, providing an audio experience that hasn’t been matched in any other luxury automobile. Cadillac CT6 customers will be elated by what they hear and feel when they switch on the Bose Panaray system”, said Travis Hester, the CT6 executive chief engineer.
The Cadillac CT6 will be taking its power from a 3.0 liter twin turbo V8 engine, which is believed to offer up to 400 HP and 400 lb-ft) of torque, getting the cylinder deactivation technology, the stop/start system and the 8-speed automatic transmission. Expect a V8 under there too and chances are that we will also get a “green” version. More details on the model are limited at this time and will be announced at the automotive even in the Big Apple.
