Cadillac details the 2015 Escalade image

Cadillac has released new details on the 2105 Escalade, which will go on sale, across the United States, next spring.

According to the North American based automaker Cadillac, the new Escalade will become available to its future customers in spring, 2014. The model in question should receive a hands-free tailgate, LED headlights and 20-inch aluminum wheels, amongst others. The SUV will also get the Magnetic Ride Control, the park assist, rearview camera, the adaptive remote starting system and much more. The cabin will receive a leather-wrapped steering wheel, leather upholstery, heated and cooled front seats, CUE infotainment system, Bose audio system and digital instrument cluster.

Cadillac says that the Escalade Luxury will add features like the head-up display, sunroof, Driver Awareness Package, Lane Departure Warning system, Forward Collision Alert, IntelliBeam headlights and 22-inch alloy wheels. The top of the line Escalade Premium will introduce the rear-seat entertainment system, illuminated exterior door handles and the Driver Assist Package, which will add a lot of safety gizmos. All versions of the 2015 Cadillac Escalade are getting the same 6.2 liter V8 engine under their hoods, which is good for 420 HP (313 kW) and 623 Nm (460 lb-ft) of torque, mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission.
