The German based automaker BMW has recently announced the official starting price for the M5 F10 in Canada which has been set at 101,500 CAD.
According to the car manufacturer, besides the base price of 101,500 CAD for the all-new BMW M5 F10, the powerful sedan can also become 9,500 CAD more expensive, with the addition of the Executive Package, which is offering automatic trunk, soft close doors, electric rear sunshade, ventilated seats, active seats, BMW Individual reading lights, M Multifunction seats, high beam assistant, Lane Departure Warning, Active Blind Spot Detection, surround view, Sirius satellite radio, smart phone integration and BMW Apps. The Full Merino Leather costs CAD4,500, the Extended Leather CAD3,000, the BMW Individual paint colors CAD3,000 and the Rear Entertainment System CAD3,000.
As a reminder, the new BMW M5 is powered by a 4.4 liter V8 engine which is generating 560 horsepower, between 5.000 and 6.000 rpm, with a peak torque of 502 lb-ft available from 1.500 rpm. The V8 engine is coming with the M TwinPower Turbo and it’s mated to a seven-speed M Double Clutch Transmission Drivelogic with steering wheel mounted paddle shifters. The 0 to 62 mph acceleration takes 4.4 seconds and the top speed has been limited to 155 mph, but with the M Driver’s Package, the car can go up to 190 mph.
