Carbon Motors has recently pulled the wraps off its latest creation, the TZ7 Multi Mission Vehicle (MMV), which will be used by the police and the military.
After it was teased not too long ago, the Carbon Motors TZ7 MMV is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the company revealing the model. According to Carbon Motors, the TZ7 Multi Mission Vehicle will be used in a variety of police and military situations, which will include personnel carrying, prisoner transport, surveillance, incident command and more.
“As we announced in March, we have committed to secure the financing for the Carbon E7 privately, and the Carbon TX7 is an integral strategic part of moving Carbon Motors from a start-up company to a full operating company ahead of producing the highly sought after Carbon E7. We are focused on our long-term mission of becoming the global authority on law enforcement technology with a portfolio of purpose-built vehicles”, said the Carbon Motor Corporation chairman and chief executive officer, William Santana Li.
The Carbon Motors TZ7 is getting strobe lights, a rear message board, a raised roof, seating for ten and more and it can also accommodate thermal and weapons of mass destruction sensors. The model is powered by a diesel V8 engine which is mated to a six-speed automatic transmission, sending power to a four-wheel drive system. A CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) version of the model is also planned by the company. The Carbon Motors TZ7 will start production in late 2013 and the model will be priced from 149,950 USD.
