Euro NCAP, the organisation dedicated to revealing the safety of new cars, releases the crash test results for four vehicles: the Honda CR-Z, the Suzuki Swift, the Citroen C4 and the Hyundai ix35.
All four cars received a maximum five star rating. The results show that manufacturers are rising to the challenges of Euro NCAP's new rating scheme and are continuing to make safety a priority.

Looks like God loves Brendan S. Eden. The 19-year-old Mason, Ohio, man reportedly was speeding at more than 100 mph when he hit a guardrail, went airborne and slammed into an overpass.
“He went down into the median, into the grass, hit the guardrail, went airborne and the car hit the center post of the bridge and literally exploded into three main pieces,” Mark Riley, who witnessed the crash, told WTDN-TV.

Ford driver Mikko Hirvonen crashed out of Rally Finland today in a very dramatic way!
Hirvonen lost control of his car over one of the event's trademark high-speed jumps and rolled five times before coming to rest on the road.
Hirvonen held a 5-second lead when he crashed at a speed of 140 kph (87 mph)

Two weeks ago, at Paris a Ferrari 458 Italia was couth on fire. Today we discovered other images that shows another Ferrari 458 Italia on fire.
The incident took place on the 14th of July in Switzerland.
More interestingly is the fact that both fires started in the same area above the left rear wheel. Design flaw perhaps?

A Santa Maria police officer hit a tree Sunday morning. But! The way it looks the car is just phenomenal. According to the local Police Chief, is the "worst accident he's seen in 35 years."

A Ferrari F430 Spider burst into flames in Singapore April 28th at 11:56 am (local time).
Thankfully, no one was injured, but the car appears to be a total loss. There are limited info's about this tragic event, all we know is that on April 28th at 11:56 am the Singapore Civil Defense Force responded by sending a fire engine and a 'Red Rhino' (a small ATV with a water pump).

A Nissan GT-R slammed into the VanCity Credit Union branch on Victoria Drive near 40th Avenue this afternoon. The driver was slightly injured but amazingly nobody was hit by the out of control car. Police say speed is a factor in the accident.
