Mitsubishi Motors North America announced January 2010 sales of 4,170, a slight decrease (4 percent) from December sales. January highlights included: --  Galant sales were up 22 percent compared to January 2009 --  Endeavor sales were up 128 percent compared to January 2009 and up 145 percent compared to the prior month (December 2009). --  Outlander sales were virtually even with sales of January 2009. Rolls Royce 2009 sales
Rolls-Royce Motor Cars has today announced sales results for 2009, with 1002 cars retailed during the year. This figure includes the first 150 Ghosts, delivered to customers in December. Demand for the Ghost has been exceptional and the latest Rolls-Royce has been met with universal acclaim from customers, the media and enthusiasts alike. China overtakes U.S. in ‘09 auto sales by 3 mln units
While China auto sales likely soared 44% to 13.5 million units, new car sales in the U.S. last year plunged more than 20% to a 27-year low of 10.43 million, less than the 12.23 million sold in China during January-November, data released by a US research firm showed today, NDTV.com reported. European car sales rise 27%
European auto sales rose 26.6% in November from the same month last year, still supported by bonus offers for customers who trade in older vehicles, the European auto manufacturers' association (ACEA) said on Tuesday. It said 1,182,082 new cars were sold last month in 28 countries, the 27 European Union members minus Cyprus and Malta plus Iceland, Norway and Switzerland. Sales in the first 11 months however were down 2.8 percent from the same period of 2008.

Mercedes November Sales - Sales of 16,797, Up 19 Percent
Mercedes-Benz USA (MBUSA) today reported November sales of 16,797 vehicles, a 19.1% improvement over November 2008. The all-new, 9th generation E-Class, continued to show strong demand with sales of 4,824 for November 2009, up 113.1% over November 2008. The other volume leaders for the month were the C-Class and M-Class with sales of 4,022, and 2,679 respectively. On a year-to-date basis, the company sold 170,403 new vehicles, narrowing the gap versus last year to 17.4%.

Toyota November Sales - an increase of 11.5 percent over last November
Toyota Motor Sales (TMS), U.S.A., Inc., today reported November sales of 133,700 vehicles, an increase of 11.5 percent over last November, on a daily selling rate basis. The Toyota Division posted November sales of 115,200 units, an increase of 9.8 percent over the same period last year. Chrysler Group November Sales - market share increases
Chrysler Group today reported sales increases on several models, both year-over-year and month-over-month. The Chrysler Sebring Sedan, Dodge Avenger, Dodge Journey and Dodge Grand Caravan all reported year-over-year sales increases. Hyundai Motor America today announced November sales of 28,045 units, a 46 percent increase compared with November 2008. KIA November Sales - an 18.3% increase over the same month last year
Kia Motors America (KMA) today announced November sales of 17,955 units, an 18.3-percent increase over the same month last year. Year to date sales totaled 279,015, a 7.8-percent increase over the same period last year. Overall, small car sales delivered more than 55 percent of November volume. Honda November Sales - a decrease of 21.7% year to date
Honda Motor Co., Inc., posted November sales of 74,003, an increase of 5.5 percent based on the daily selling rate* when compared to November 2008 results of 76,233, the company announced today. American Honda year-to-date sales of 1,043,641 represent a decrease of 21.7 percent based on the daily selling rate*.
