Suzuki says that customers who purchase a 2010 Suzuki Kizashi, 2010 Suzuki SportBack, 2010 Suzuki SX4 Sedan, 2010 SX4 Crossover, 2010 Grand Vitara and 2010 Equator model will receive a gas card valued from $280 to $442 to cover fuel costs. Those amounts vary depending on the vehicle purchased and assumes a certain amount of mileage you’ll put on your new car over the summer months.
This is for the third consecutive summer.
According to Reuters, Suzuki announced on Wednesday that will sell a 19.9 percent stake to Volkswagen for $2.5 billion and use half the proceeds to buy shares in the German automaker.
Suzuki will allocate 19.9 percent of itself to Volkswagen from its treasury stock.
