CES: Mulliner delivers the Bentley Continental GT Monster image

The ultra-luxury British automaker has decided to partner with audio company Monster to create the bespoke Bentley Continental GT Monster by Mulliner.

The one-off naturally concentrates on the unique audio system and has been showcased to the worldwide audience during the Consumer Electronics Show taking place now in Las Vegas. The Monster by Mulliner uses the Continental GT V8 S as the base and comes painted in a Onyx black shade with contrasting red Hotspur accents. We also took heed of the ventilated hood, complete body kit and those massive two-tone alloy wheels. Bespoke styling is the name of the game here as moving inside the cabin we can find Beluga and Hotspur leather upholstery and a 3D laser-etched fascia panel that uses traits coming from the Monster logo. The proud owner will also have in sight the “Always Lead, Never Follow” sill plates, “Monster by Mulliner” embroidery on the seating headrests, or the secret compartment that will keep safe a pair of Monster’s 24K gold wireless headphones.

As the model has been delivered after a common effort with an audio company, the focus was also on the unique audio system: 16 Monster speakers that were actually personally tweaked by Monster founder Noel Lee and the system totals 3,400-watt of “awe-inspiring Pure Monster Sound.” The other sound source is the biturbo 4.0-liter V8 engine coming with 521 horsepower and 502 pound-feet of torque – it’s mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission and delivers power through the all-wheel drive system in order to jump to 60 mph in just 4.3 seconds.
