It may have received a lot of finishes lately but this is probably the best one yet.
Joel Zimmerman, known as Deadmau5 to music lovers, has recently shown its McLaren P1 which has received a second bold wrap. The model in question is now getting a matte black finish for the entire body and it has been signed by Sakanskin. The supercar is also getting the carbon fiber front splitter, side mirrors, air intakes, side skirts, parts of the doors and rear diffuser, along with several orange accents, on the front, at the rear and, of course, under the black wheels on the calipers. The famous Canadian DJ will probably get bored with his ride’s look soon so get ready for yet another future wrap.
The McLaren P1 is the fastest and most powerful road-legal supercar to have been signed by the British brand. The model is also its first hybrid and it is considered to be the spiritual successor of the iconic F1. The P1 has been shown back in 2013, during the Geneva Motor Show, and it is competing against the Porsche 918 Spyder and the Ferrari LaFerrari, but it is the most exclusive one, as its production has been limited to just 375 units. Power is being provided by a 3.8 liter twin turbo V8 engine, upgraded, along with an electric motor, and it is being sent to the RWD through a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. The 903 HP and 978 Nm of torque are helping it reach 100 km/h (62 mph) in 2.8 seconds and a top speed limited to 350 km/h (217 mph).
