The 2016 Mustang GT King Edition is here and it has been created by Ford and Petty’s Garage.
What would you say to yet another special version of the new Mustang generation? The model is called the 2016 Mustang GT King Edition and, just like we’ve mentioned above, is singed by Ford and Petty’s Garage. The muscle car is bringing the Ford Performance TrakPak halfshafts, adjustable sway bars, a beefier rear axle, a rear diffuser, a center mounted exhaust system, 20-inch HRE wheels with the Continental Extreme Performance summer tires, the individually numbered plaque inside it, new shift knob, special floor mats and embroidered headrests.
The new vehicle is also bringing the high-performance braking system, the bespoke leather interior, the tri-color stripe package and others. Under its hood, the 5.0 liter V8 engine has received the cold air intake, the optimized ECU, a supercharger and a MagnaFlow exhaust system which are allowing it to produce 670 HP (499 kW). The supercharger upgrade package will bring the total output to 727 HP (542 kW). Production of the car will be limited to 300 units, 243 King Editions, 43 King Premiers and 14 King Premier Convertibles. Pricing will begin from 67,495 USD and it will go up to 90,495 USD.
