This will indeed make you feel like you are working for the MI6, that is if you can afford it, of course.
It has a starting price of 165,000 GBP, or the equivalent of 223,885 euros, and it is a special edition of the popular vehicle call the Aston Martin DB9 GT Bond Edition. It has been limited to just 150 examples worldwide and it has been based on the recently introduced DB9 GT.
The vehicle has the Spectre Silver paint covering its body, along with the sterling silver Aston Martin badges, the discreet 007 Bond Edition exterior badging, 10-spoke gloss black diamond turned 20-inch alloy wheels, bright aluminum side strakes, grille, bonnet vents, carbon fiber front splitter and rear diffuser and grey finished brake calipers.
The interior design of the limited DB9 edition is bringing the gun barrel embroidery on the 2+2’s rear seat divider, the Ami II touch sensitive Aston Martin infotainment system with a special Bond Edition start-up screen, 007 logo and several other goodies which should be making this a popular vehicle. The model is also getting the Bond-themed accessories, like the Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra 150m James Bond Limited Edition watch with a unique Aston Martin strap.
Under the hood, we can find the 6.0 liter V12 engine which has been rated at 547 HP (402 kW) at 6,750 rpm and 620 Nm (458 lb-ft) of torque, available at 5,500 rpm. The most powerful DB9 up to date has a rear mid-mounted Touchtronic II 6-speed transmission. From 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) it needs 4.5 seconds and top speed stands at 295 km/h (183 mph).
