The German based automaker Audi has recently pulled the wraps off the new SQ5 Competition, in Spain.
In case you are all focused on the upcoming Q6 or on the new generation of the A4, amongst others, Audi is currently trying to grab your attention and throw it at the new SQ5 Competition. The model in question has been officially unveiled in Spain and it is bringing several updated features which will help the model become even more popular than the standard one.
According to the car manufacturer, the new Audi SQ5 Competition is getting the tinted windows, the bi-xenon lights, the 20-inch multi spoke alloy wheels, the black roof rails and the sports suspension system. The company has also added the infotainment system with a 7-inch screen display to the cabin, along with the automatic climate control, the automatic headlights and windscreen wipers, the parking assistant, the sports seats and several other goodies. The brand new Audi SQ5 Competition is packing the popular 3.0 liter TDI diesel burner under its hood. The unit is capable of putting down a total output of 326 HP (240 kW) and it has a peak torque of 650 Nm (479 lb-ft) of torque. The standard SQ5 TDI is rated at 313 HP (230 kW). Thanks to the new figures, the vehicle needs just 5.1 seconds in order to reach 100 km/h (62 mph) from a standstill and it can go up to an electronically limited top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph). The average fuel consumption stands at 6.6L /100km. Prices for the model start from 74,790 EUR.
