It’s a Lamborghini and it is changing its color when wet, so it definitely has what it needs in order to end up in the news feed.
The first ever color-changing Lamborghini Gallardo has been officially unveiled. The model in question has been created by Graffiti artist Rene Turrek and he added the stars and stripes which become visible when the vehicle is wet. This kind of special paint has been applied to the whole vehicle and it is said that any kind of water, hot or cold, can be used for seeing this effect. We’re just waiting for a video showing it all, but in the meantime, we can check it out in the small photo gallery posted below.
The Lamborghini Gallardo is the best-selling model ever to have been produced in Sant’Agata Bolognese and the company has put together just over 14,000 examples. It has stayed in production between 2003 and 2013 and it was recently replaced by the Huracan. The Gallardo has been designed by Italdesign Giugiaro and it was offered with the rear mid-engine and rear-wheel / all-wheel drive layout, in two body styles, coupe and roadster, and with a lot of special editions. The supercar was making use of a 5.0 liter V10 or a 5.2 liter V10 engine, which has been connected to a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automated manual transmission.
