Another special project signed by Rolls-Royce’s bespoke division has been officially unveiled and this has been called the Wraith – History of Rugby.
The brand new one-off luxury cruiser has been created in order to celebrate the sport’s history and its reveal in coinciding with the world cup organized in the United Kingdom. The brand new Rolls-Royce Wraith – History of Rugby is bringing the English White paint scheme, paint its homage to the white rugby shirt worn at the Rugby School which was founded back in 1567 in Warwickshire. The vehicle is also bringing the red rose motif on the hand-applied deep green coachline and it is riding on a fresh set of 21-inch five twin-spoke alloy wheels.
“Many of the design features which run throughout the Rolls-Royce ‘Wraith – History of Rugby’ will be familiar to followers of English rugby, but have their foundation in the traditions of Rugby School. The exterior color scheme of English White pays homage to the white rugby shirt worn at Rugby School, a tradition continued today by the England rugby team”, says the automaker in its press release.
The Rolls-Royce Wraith – History of Rugby is also getting an updated cabin as well. Here we can find the Seashell theme with Navy Blue, embroidered red rose on the headrests, the Hotspur Red look of the dashboard accent panel, seats and door pining. The model is also bringing the Piano Black veneer for the center panel and dashboard as well. Under its hood, the model has the same 6.6 liter twin turbo V12 engine, producing 630 HP (465 kW) and 800 Nm (590 lb-ft) of torque.
