The newest addition to the Volkswagen Up! car range is called the Jeans Up! and it is nothing more than a special edition of the city cruiser.
Volkswagen has officially pulled the wraps off its newest creation, a special edition of its smallest model up to date, the Up!. The model in question has been called the VW Jeans Up! and it is coming with a unique exterior design, with blue body stripes, fog lights, tinted windows, chrome side mirror caps and 16-inch alloy wheels which will be helping it stand out from the regular versions.
“With a new special model Volkswagen expands the offerings of the super-compact four-seater: the jeans up! shines with advantages in exterior and interior at the same time saving of up to 792 euros”, says the carmaker in its official press release.
The Volkswagen Up! has a carried over interior design but the company has also added the blue jean-inspired rear seat pockets, the Up! branded door sill plates, the leather wrapped steering wheel, the contrast stitching, additional chrome trim and several other tweaks. Under its hood we can find the regular unit producing 60 HP (44 kW) and 75 HP (55 kW), along with the natural gas variant which has been rated at 68 HP (50 kW). Prices for the model start from 12,375 euros and it is coming with a discount of 792 euros over the comparably equipped standard model.
