The North American based automaker Chevrolet is planning to introduce the brand new Adra Concept to the upcoming Delhi Auto Expo, which will officially open its gates next week.
Chevrolet’s newest creation, in terms of concept cars, is apparently named the Adra Concept and the place where this model will see daylight for the first time will be India. According to the guys at Autocar India, the model in question will be officially presented to the public, in a world premiere, next week, during the 2014 Delhi Auto Expo, and it’s expected to make quite a fuzz in the Asian country, once it will be unveiled.
The Chevrolet Adra Concept will be a compact crossover which will ride on the Gamma II platform, the same one which is used on models like the Trax or the Spark. The vehicle is expected, if it will indeed hit the production line in the nearby future, to serve as a competitor for the Ford EcoSport. As far as the engine goes, power should be provided by a 1.3 liter diesel unit, which will produce approximately 77 HP (57 kW). The 2014 Delhi Auto Expo will kick off on the 5th of February.
