Chevrolet Adra teased

Chevrolet has released the first teaser image with the upcoming Adra concept, which will be officially presented to the public during the 2014 New Delhi Auto Expo.

The North American based automaker Chevrolet has already announced its plans to introduce the new Adra Concept car during the 2014 New Delhi Auto Expo, but now the model in question is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the help of its first teaser image. The photo posted above is showing the profile of the new Adra concept and we can clearly see, for the first time ever, that this will indeed be a compact SUV, which will eventually end up on the Old Continent too.

The 2015 Chevrolet Adra is believed to be making its way into production by the end of this year and the model in question should be riding on the Gamma 2 platform, signed by General Motors. The engine will most likely be a 1.3 liter diesel, borrowed from the Sail and Enjoy, which is good for 77 HP. The Chevrolet Adra will be rivaling with models like the Ford EcoSport. Additional details on the compact SUV are limited for the moment and will be announced during the 2014 New Delhi Auto Expo, on the 5th of February.
