General Motors has recently announced its plans to officially pull the wraps off the Chevrolet City Express, off the Silverado CNG and the Tahoe PPV, during the upcoming 2014 Chicago Auto Show.
The brand new Chevrolet City Express will actually be a rebadged version of the Nissan NV200 and it will come with some pretty interesting items, such as the Bluetooth connectivity, the optional navigation system, the fold-down passenger seat, the 3,474 liters of cargo space and much more. The model in question is said to be unveiled this fall and to be offered for sale in the United States and in Canada.
The Chevrolet Tahoe PPV (Police Patrol Vehicle) will also be unveiled during the 2014 Chicago Auto Show. The model in question has been previewed by a concept car wearing the same name back in late 2013, during the SEMA Motor Show. The new Tahoe PPV has received high performance brakes, auxiliary battery, 17-inch steel wheels wrapped in Goodyear RSA tires and a 5.3 liter EcoTec3 V8 engine under its hood, with 355 HP (265 kW) and 519 Nm (383 lb-ft) of torque. The unit is mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission which is sending power to the AWD system.
