Chevrolet Colorado Performance Concept going to SEMA image

The Chevrolet Colorado Performance Concept will be officially presented to the public during the 2014th edition of the SEMA Motor Show, as the carmaker has recently announced.

After officially unveiling the Colorado Nautique Concept, Chevrolet has also released the first images with the Colorado Performance Concept. This is coming with some interesting tweaks such as the tailgate extender for securing bikes, the modified mounting hardware to permit carrying boards, kayaks, bikes and so on, along with the bespoke matte gray paint job, the silver and yellow accents in high gloss, the graphic depicting Carmichael’s signature and several other features.

The Chevrolet Colorado Performance Concept is also getting the concept sport bar in the bed, yellow accents in the cabin, Carmichael’s racing number 4 in the front headrests and a 3.6 liter V6 stock engine under its hood, along with a performance exhaust system, which is capable of producing a total output of 305 HP (227 kW) and a peak torque of 364 Nm (269 lb-ft). Chevrolet has declined to release more details on this one-off Colorado Performance so we will have to wait for it to be officially presented to the public during the Las Vegas automotive event in order to find out more.
