The North American based automaker Chevrolet has recently announced that the facelifted Cruze was launched in Malaysia, where the entry-level model has been priced from RM103,888.
After it was officially presented to the public earlier this year, the facelifted version of the Chevrolet Cruze has finally been launched in Malaysia too, where the cheapest version of the model starts at the same price asked before for the pre-facelift LT, RM103,888. As you probably already know, the 2013 Chevrolet Cruze is getting a different front fascia, a new rear bumper, bigger air intakes, revised fog lamps, 16-inch alloy wheels, USB connectivity, leather and fabric for the seats and more.
Chevrolet says that the facelifted Cruze is still getting the familiar 1.8 liter ECOTEC four-cylinder engine, with DCVCP (Double Continuous Variable Cam Phasing) and VIS (Variable Intake System), which is producing a total output of 140 HP and a peak torque of 176 Nm. The unit is mated to a six-speed automatic transmission. Safety features include the dual front airbags, the four disc brakes, ABS, ESP and more. A three-year or 100,000 km warranty is available for the 2013 Chevrolet Cruze in Malaysia. Prices for the models start at RM103,888.
