Chevrolet has recently announced 8, 000 bookings for the new Sail Sedan in India, only three months after its official unveil.
After being officially presented to the public during the 2013 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit, the Chevrolet Sail Sedan is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the carmaker announcing 8,000 bookings for the model. According to the car manufacturer, Chevrolet India has received 8,000 bookings for the Sail Sedan, after only two months since the model has been launched in the Asian country.
As a quick reminder, the Chevrolet Sail Sedan is available in three trim levels, with the cheapest one being priced from Rs. 4,99 lakhs, the LS starts at Rs. 5.49 lakhs, the LS ABS is coming from 5.70 lakhs and the LT ABS starts at Rs. 6.41 lakhs. If diesel is what you’re looking for, you should get ready to pay Rs 6.29 lakhs for the base, Rs. 6.59 lakhs for the LS and Rs. 6.80 lakhs for the LS ABS. The LT ABS top of the line is available from Rs. 7.51 lakhs with a diesel engine. The Sail Sedan has a 3-year / 100,000 km warranty and it’s exported from China.
