The Chevrolet Silverado Midnight Edition is the company’s newest creation and it will be making its public debut next month, during the Chicago Auto Show.
After officially introducing the Silverado Custom Sport Special Edition, a couple of weeks ago, the North American based automaker Chevrolet has also pulled the wraps off the Silverado Midnight Edition recently, as the model in question will be debut in Chicago, on the 14th of February. The vehicle has been based on the Silverado Z71 and it has added features such as the headlight bezels, the body colored grille, the tow hooks, the fog lamps or the side and beltline mouldings, which have been also finished in black.
Chevy says that the new Silverado Midnight Edition is also coming with the Z71 badges on the doors, with the front and rear Chevy bowties, with the 18-inch black alloy wheels, wrapped in Goodyear Wrangler DuraTrac all-terrain tires and several other goodies, which also include the electrically adjustable heated side mirrors, the rear parking sensors, the Hill Descent Control, the off-road suspension system, the locking rear differential and so on. Only 5,000 units of the vehicle will become available for it, in either the 1500 double cab or crew cab versions, as the company is stating and, depending on the selected version, 1,595 USD to 1,995 USD will be added over the price tag of a 1500 Z71 Silverado. No more details on the Silverado Midnight Edition have been announced for the moment and they will probably be made public in Chicago.
