Chevrolet takes the wraps off 2017 Colorado Shoreline image

The US Automaker has decided to introduce yet another limited series model, this time targeted at Colorado buyers which will be able to select the new Shoreline bringing a range of styling tweaks.

This special edition is very subtle, as it only brings modest design revisions – black 18-inch wheels, body-colored front grille, as well as a black trim for the door handles. Owners will be granted access to the Red Hot, Laser Blue, Summit White, and Silver Ice Metallic colors and no matter the hue selection they will also get a lack trim for the beltline and side mirror caps. The tweaks also include all-weather floor liners, a spray-in bedliner, and a one-year subscription to Sirius XM radio. Chevrolet has decided the Shoreline special edition will only be available to customers selecting the Colorado extended cab version in the LT trim and their only choice is going for the front wheel drive or the beefier all-wheel drive setup.

The Colorado Shoreline joins the rest of special models that have been introduced by Chevrolet for the 2016 model year, for example the Colorado Trail Boss or the Midnight. Meanwhile, the automaker claims the Shoreline is targeted at the soul of the midsize pickup truck segment – California is the largest markets for the model with sales in Los Angeles alone being higher than the following two biggest markets taken together.
