The North American based automaker Chevrolet has recently announced its lineup for the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show, which will include the Spark Bubble, 2014 Aveo, 2014 Cruze, Orlando, Trax and 2014 Malibu.
According to the car manufacturer, the so-called Chevrolet Spark Bubble Edition will be unveiled in Frankfurt. This will get some bubble decals, white 15-inch alloy wheels, leatherette seats, color coordinated trim and some other tweaks. Next in the lineup is the 2014 Aveo, which has received a standard rearview camera, on cars equipped with the MyLink infotainment. The model is also getting new mirrors with integrated LED turn signals, on higher grades.
The Trax with its 1.4 liter turbocharged version will get front-wheel drive, mated to a six-speed manual transmission. The 0 to 100 km/h in the crossover takes 9.5 seconds. The Orlando will get new mirrors with LED turn signals integrated, Side Blind Spot Alert, Advanced Parking Aid, MyLink infotainment with 7-inch display and a 1.4L petrol four-cylinder unit, mated to a six-speed automatic transmission.
The 2014 Chevrolet Cruize will get voice recognition, text-to-speech capability, MyLink with GPS navigation, mirrors with integrated LED turn signals on higher grades and Side Blind Zone Alert. The model will also get a new 1.7 liter diesel engine, which is good for 110 HP (81 kW). The 2014 Chevy Malibu will be the last model to be unveiled in Frankfurt. This will get a 2.0 liter diesel unit, with stop/start technology on manual versions, averaging 4.7L / 100km (60.1 mpg UK / 50 mpg US) and emitting just 125 g/km of CO2.
