After being officially presented two months ago at the Buenos Aires International Motor Show, General Motors wants to bring its Chevrolet Colorado Rally Concept to Europe, unveiling it during the Frankfurt Motor Show next month.
Being a double-cab pick-up of new generation, the Colorado Rally Concept is fitted with LED lighting elements and “muscular” side fenders, making the car appear to be on steroids.
“Chevrolet has built trucks right from the start and they are an essential part of our brand. Through its purposeful design, refinement and uncompromising capability, the Colorado Rally Concept creatively reinterprets our proud heritage”, said the President and Managing Director of Chevrolet Europe, Wayne Brannon.
Fitted with permanent four-wheel drive, power of the Colorado Rally Concept comes from a 2.8 liter turbodiesel engine and the pick-up is sitting on 18 inch aluminum rims, wrapped in 305/60R18 tires.
Performance figures, fuel consumption or CO2 emissions haven’t been revealed by Chevy yet so stay tuned for its official Frankfurt Motor Show presentation.
