Chevrolet has recently announced the official price list for the brand new Trax in Romania, which is now available to its future customers from 15,500 euros.
The Chevrolet Trax will have a wild battle to take on the Old Continent before proving it’s worth the money because the model is entering the B-segment for crossovers, where the Nissan Juke is the leader and the path opener, and models like the Renault Captur, the Peugeot 2008, the Ford EcoSport and its European cousin, the Opel / Vauxhall Mokka, is also available. Chevy says that the cheapest version of the Trax is available in Romania from 15,500 euros, VAT included, for the base LS 1.6L 115 HP version.
Two petrol engines and a diesel are being offered on the Chevrolet Trax, a 1.6 liter naturally aspirated with 115 HP, a 1.4 liter Turbo with 140 HP, available with either front-wheel or all-wheel drive, along with a 1.7 liter 130 HP diesel burner, available either with a manual transmission and front-wheel drive or with automatic or manual transmission and all-wheel drive. The base LS version is getting cruise control with speed limiter, start/stop system, electric front windows, manual air conditioning, USB, AUX, multi-function steering wheel, CD, MP3, radio, 6 airbags and 16-inch steel wheels.
