Another example of the Lamborghini Aventador, wearing a chrome gold finish on its body, has been recently spotted out in London.
The Lamborghini Aventador remains the favorite supercar for wacky finishes and what better way to help your already expensive exotic ride stand out from a crowd than by wrapping it in gold, and not just any gold finish, but a chromed one. The images posted below have been taken in England’s capital, outside the Bulgari Hotel in Knightsbridge, and besides the kitschy finish, the Italian supercar has been also fitted with an aftermarket body kit, signed by DMC.
The aftermarket body kit is making the Aventador look even more aggressive than the standard vehicle, thanks to the carbon front splitter, to the lower carbon rear diffuser, the large rear wing and the several other tweaks. Work on the supercar has been put on the R-Tec Auto Design and one of the last touches has been the addition of an upgraded exhaust system.
The standard version of the Lamborghini Aventador has been officially shown back in 2011, at the Geneva Motor Show. The supercar replaced the old Murcielago and it is current being offered in two body styles, a 2-door coupe and a 2-door roadster, with a mid-engine and all-wheel drive layout. Power is coming from a 690 HP (510 kW) and 690 Nm (510 lb-ft) of torque, sent to the wheels through a 7-speed semi automatic transmission. The Aventador can reach 350 km/h (217 mph) and it can go from a standstill to 100 km/h in just 3 seconds.
